Team officials
Team Manager:
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) - verified by Everproof
- Registered as an Official for the current season in SportsTG
Coach:
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) - verified by Everproof
- Registered as an Official for the current season in SportsTG
- AFL Coaching Accreditation - verified by Everproof
- Junior (U8 - U12) - Foundation Junior Coach or Level 1 Junior Coach
- Youth (U13+) - Foundation Youth Coach or Level 2 Youth Coach
- Ensure Coach.AFL profile is up to date with Club and Team selected
Assistant Coach:
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) - verified by Everproof
- Registered as an Official for the current season in SportsTG
- AFL Coaching Accreditation - verified by Everproof
- Junior (U11 - U12)* - Foundation Junior Coach or Level 1 Junior Coach
- Youth (U13+) - Foundation Youth Coach or Level 2 Youth Coach
- Ensure Coach.AFL profile is up to date with Club and Team selected
* Note that U8 - U10 Assistant Coach does not require an AFL Coaching Accreditation
Trainer:

Parent helpers
(no qualifications required)
- Scoreboard attendant - maybe required for home games at Wellington Reserve
- Canteen helpers for home games (2 parents per half at both Columbia Park and Wellington Reserve)
- Best and Fairest voters (2 parents per game, rostered throughout the season to ensure equal opportunity for every family to vote. Coach votes every week)
- Oranges & Lollies (can be rostered, shared among a few families or one family may volunteer to look after it for the whole season)
