Every week, you will need to distribute 3 Best & Fairest envelopes:

• One to the coach
• Two to parents, to be rostered each week so that all parents get to vote evenly.

The Best & Fairest envelopes are usually distributed to the Team Managers by the Footy Operations manager via the pigeon hole early on in the season.

Sometimes they will be given out complete as labelled envelopes with the voting slip inside, other times you may need to provide some finishing touches. This will involve stuffing the envelopes with the voting slips and putting the provided labels on the envelopes so that each one is marked with the team name and round number.
