By the end of game day, please submit all your team's paperwork via the pigeon holes located in the trainers room at Columbia. You will be able to access the pigeon holes while games are being played or during the Aftermatch from 5:30 - 8pm.

Make sure that your paperwork contains the following:

• Your team's signed team sheet
  • Don't forget to add your goal scorers! As you will be marking your goal scorers on a separate sheet (remember that the umpire will have your signed team sheet during the game), you will need to transfer these on before submitting.
  • Add the game score
  • Take a scan or a photo of the team sheet for your reference
• Opposition team's unsigned team sheet
• Match report
• Timekeeper score card (only applicable for teams U11 and above)
• Goal Umpire score card (only applicable for teams U11 and above)
• Best & Fairest voting envelopes x3 (only applicable for teams U11 and above)
• Any player/official reports by the umpire
  • Make sure these are communicated to the club as soon as is practical following the game. You can do this by contacting the President, Secretary, Incident Manager or Team Manager Co-ordinator.
